What to know before you go

We talk about the hard parts from the start. Better to learn them here than after arrival.

Cold winters

In winter our regions can drop to −15 °C, which is unusual cold. All work clothing is provided free: warm jacket, trousers, boots and gloves.

Basic Russian is required

To get a work permit every foreigner takes an exam in Russian language, history and law. That is why we run a free 1–2 week course before you start work.

The work is physically hard

Shifts of 10 hours, 6 days a week. You need good health and stamina: every candidate takes a medical check. The contract runs for a year, with 15 days off after six months.

Your professional papers

Drivers and machine operators need a Russian licence: the exam is taken in Russia. For a better paid job, bring your diplomas and work documents: certificates and proof of experience.

Money

Who pays for what

0 ₽

That is what you pay us for the placement. If anyone asks for money in our name for a "place", a "fast visa" or a "guarantee", it is a scam.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this a scam?

You are right to ask. We take no money from candidates, our company records are public, and before departure you know the employer, see the site by video and receive the contract. Check us with the list above — it takes 15 minutes. We are new in this market and we say so openly.

Why is it free for me?

The employer pays us for finding reliable workers. So it is in our interest that you finish the contract and are satisfied.

Who pays my salary?

The employer, directly to you, under the work contract. We take no share of your salary.

How much will I earn?

The salary is from 210,000 ₽ net per month, about €2,150 at the September 2026 rate; rates change. Accommodation, meals and travel are free, so most of it can go to your family. The first salary arrives one month after your arrival.

What are the requirements?

The work is physical: 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week, and winters are cold. You need good health and stamina — every candidate takes a medical check at home and a second one in Russia. Experience is not required everywhere: some jobs are open to beginners.

How long does it take before departure?

Contract and invitation take about 5 days, the work visa up to 4 weeks. On average, count 1 to 1.5 months from the first message to the flight.

Which documents should I bring?

The passport is essential. For a better paid job, bring your diplomas and work documents: certificates, references from previous employers, driving licence.

What do I pay for myself?

Only the passport, the medical check in your country and your personal spending. The visa fee, the ticket, the Russian course, the medical check in Russia, accommodation, meals and work clothing are free for you.

Are there days off and holidays?

One rest day a week, you work six days. The contract runs for one year, with 15 days off after six months.

I do not speak Russian. Can I still apply?

Yes. Before work starts we run a free 1–2 week Russian course: the words you need at work and preparation for the work permit exam. The referent speaks English and French.

What if the employer breaks the contract?

Write to the referent at once. We take it up with the employer and, if the contract is broken, we move you to another one. We stop working with such employers.

Can I come with a friend or relative?

Yes. Let him write to us separately and say who he wants to work with — we will try to place you at the same site.
